The staff was helpful. The location was acceptable.
The bathroom radiator did not work, so the bathroom was cold. the room was not clean. I found grime in the bathtub. there was no apology for the hygiene issues, even with photographic evidence. They blamed me for late reporting, though i had time constraints.

the room felt quite dated, especially the bathroom. the shower pressure was very low. also, i found some hairs on the towels, not pleasant (it made me wonder about the overall cleanliness).

the location near lord street was really helpful. it also had car parking. i like the separate entrance for late nights. the room's beds feel comfy, and the heat worked nicely.
i noticed a very slight issue when i got there. the rooms decor look a bit dated.

Surprising Gem Near Lord Street

The location is great for accessing Lord Street. Car parking exists at the premise. The beds provided comfort. A separate entrance provides easy access late at night.
The room had little toiletries and not enough toilet rolls. I could not find enough plug sockets either.

i loved the room size. it was huge. the breakfast included toast and pastries. the staff was helpful with directions to local attractions. the free parking was a big plus!
The bathroom needed updating, i noticed cracked tiles. the tv remote was missing a button. the soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear noise from other rooms.
